The group invested more than 20 million to establish Dongguan Kurui Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on independent research and development, production and sales of lithium battery protection boards and other products;
Increased from two production lines to five automated production lines;
The company established a foreign trade team in Shenzhen and moved into Unit 2008 of Longguang Jiuzuan, a Grade A office building in the prime location of Longhua District, Shenzhen (the group's own property);
BMS project was launched, and two R&D teams were added for BMS and charger;

In August, the company successfully reached a strategic cooperation with Dongguan Veken Battery Co., Ltd., invested more than 8 million to establish a branch in the Veken Battery Industrial Park, and added two fully automatic production lines to the factory;
In October, we added Maibo customers, Transsion customers, and Baifu customers; in November, we added MOTO customers and MES system;
In March, the SMT assembly workshop in Veken Battery Industrial Park invested 4 million yuan for the second time to complete the introduction of the assembly automation line, and at the same time arranged to access the MES traceability system;
In April, the company successfully registered Shenzhen Kurui E-Commerce Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen to prepare for the expansion needs of the company's foreign trade team with rapid development.
By 2025, invest in an AI driven BMS algorithm optimization system to improve SOC estimation accuracy to within ± 2%.
Develop hardware BMS modules compatible with new communication protocols such as CAN FD and Bluetooth 5.3.
By the end of 2025, two SMT production lines will be added, increasing the daily production capacity to 250000 pieces of PCBA;
